We're now at the 8th of September and that means there are only a couple of hair appointments before your Christmas one, which means there are only a few lash appointments too!

Not trying to freak you out but we have a lot of clients who are extremely, extremely organised. They will pre-book multiple appointments, sometimes for the entire year, and then their life will just be planned around the appointments!

If you have a particular artist that you love to see, we highly recommend rebooking or prebooking multiple spots!

We hate bothering our clients when you're sleepy and just want to float out the door after your lash nap but we really hate when clients miss out on claiming their rebooking rewards points.

By rebooking later online/app later or by calling up as you need your next treatment - you're leaving a lot of free services on the table.

It's the most generous loyalty program on the Gold Coast, with every 10th service completely free! This is only if you rebook with us in the salon!

If you cancel your bookings and then add new ones, the points don't stay in the account so you must really click that 'reschedule' button if you can't make your treatment and want to change it to a later date.

One little hack people use is just to add their next appointment with reception upon check out to claim those points and be a part of the rebooking rewards. You can then use the app to reschedule it if you can't make that appointment!
