People often ask me what I’ve changed with my skin.
The answer? Nothing dramatic.
No miracle product.
No one treatment.
No overnight transformation.
The biggest difference has been consistency.
At 53, my skin feels stronger, brighter and healthier than it did in my late 40s, and so much of that has come from stopping the chase for quick fixes.
These days I focus on skin health.
⭐️ A simple routine I’ll actually stick to.
⭐️ Effective ingredients.
⭐️ Hydration.
⭐️ Barrier support.
⭐️ Daily SPF.
👉 And giving products time to work.
Skincare has also become a little daily ritual, less about “fixing” my face and more about looking after myself.
