I Value My Health

Since I was a child, I have been fighting battles to become healthy. At the age of 3 I had a auto-immune blood disorder, anxiety attacks as a kid, high cholesterol in university, and hypothyroidism since 2008. Now I am a fit and healthy woman. As a girl growing up, I also wanted to be thin. Through my own personal challenges with becoming healthy and by coaching others, I have learned the tools I want to teach you. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University, Personal Training Certificates: NASM - CPT and FIA, and Food Coaching certificates. I have been coaching clients since 2004 when I started at Furman University and moved on to Fitness Together a small one-on-one personal training studio. I then moved on to Australia where I worked with EY Health and Fitness. I have been traveling the world looking for answers to health and fitness questions that everyone has. I have taught seminars on exercise, nutrition, detox, mindset, personalities, and other topics generated by others around me. I realize that no matter where I am, people throughout the world continue to ask the same questions. I believe most people are over complicating the concept of being healthy and fit. Everyone has different body types, structures, eating patterns, emotions, and hormones, and the list goes on. I am here, because I want to convey to you some simple strategies that are relevant for most people and can be implemented easily. They should help you make real lifestyle changes, not just a "quick fix" for problems that concern you. Now, I want to convey a simple method of health and fitness to you. At the end of the day, I want you to understand strategies that have worked for me and others.
