Purchasing from Stunna The Beauty Palace is risk free! If for any reason at all you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, simply return it to us in the condition you received it and we will gladly exchange or refund your item. This must be done within 10 business days from your payment date. Return Terms & Conditions

In order to receive an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in original condition, unused, in undamaged packaging. Hair extensions must still be attached to the cardboard packaging as they originally were, if you are not completely sure you will keep your item please do not detach from packaging as this may void your exchange or refund. We are happy for you to feel the hair extensions and hold them next to your hair for colour matching but do not detach from cardboard packaging or apply the hair extensions as this will void your exchange or refund. In order to check the hair extensions you can simply remove the hair extensions from the PVC packaging as it is sealed with press stud buttons. If you are not satisfied you can place the hair extensions back into the packaging and return it to us. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items or any products that have been purchased then applied or damaged. Return Process
