Wait...you can tattoo a ni**le?

That was a comment I heard today as people stopped by while I was doing my live demo on latex.

Julie from Gault Surgery - Dr John Gault - Breast and Melanoma Surgeon invited me to join their stand at the Gold Coast women’s health networking platform (GCWHNP) Expo, where the team were sharing important information about breast awareness & how to check your own breasts.

I had the opportunity to demonstrate 3D Ar**la Tattooing on latex & chat with everyone about what I do, why I do it & what the process can look like.

For many women & men, it’s not simply about creating a ni**le & ar**la. It can be about restoring something that was lost, reconnecting with your body & feeling a little more like you again.

It was such a lovely day filled with conversations, connection and education. I’m so grateful to Julie & the Gault Surgery team for the opportunity.

A little reminder from the day...get to know your breasts, check them regularly & speak to your doctor if you notice something that isn’t normal for you.

I kept seeing this spray on SPF on social media & I couldn't help but buy it to try it.

As you're probably aware I am obsessed with SPF. It's such an important product to use everyday so I'm always on the hunt for good ones to make it easier for you to actually use it.

This is a broad spectrum 50+ so big tick & it sprays on which I'm thinking will be amazing for reapplying over makeup.

Yesterday I posted on my stories as it was Bask's Birthday & I got all warm & fuzzy thinking about how I've had this little business for 15 years ☺️
