A little update from me 🤍

This Wednesday will officially be my last day in the salon before I head off on maternity leave and get ready to meet our baby girl 💕🤰

It feels a little surreal stepping away, but I know you’ll be in beautiful hands while I’m gone.

For the next couple of months, the salon will be operating on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays only.

From November, we’ll be opening up additional hours again as we head into our busy Christmas period.

With fewer appointment days available temporarily, I highly recommend booking your treatments well in advance to avoid missing out. If your preferred time isn’t available, please make sure you join the waitlist and we’ll contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available.

A little reminder too regarding our cancellation policy 🤍 Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. With limited availability, last-minute changes can mean another client misses the opportunity to book that time.

Thank you so much to all of my beautiful clients for your support, especially throughout this pregnancy. I’m very excited for this next little chapter and I’ll still be popping up behind the scenes while I’m away. 🤍

Briea is a Pilates instructor currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology and Naturopathy, with a passion for helping women achieve lasting health through movement, nutrition, and holistic care.

With a focus on women’s wellbeing, she believes lasting results come from understanding how the body moves, recovers, and functions as a whole.

With a warm and encouraging nature, Briea is committed to helping clients feel stronger, move with confidence, and create sustainable habits that support lifelong health 🍃
