The Lash Growth Cycle is the natural process of how your eyelashes grow, shed, and regrow. It happens in three main phases:
1. Anagen (Growth Phase) – Lashes actively grow and get longer. This lasts 4-6 weeks.
2. Catagen (Transition Phase) – Lashes stop growing, and hair follicles shrink. If a lash falls out here, it won’t regrow until the phase is over. This lasts about 2-3 weeks.
3. Telogen (Shedding Phase) – Old lashes naturally fall out, and new ones start growing underneath. This lasts around 3-4 months.

Since lashes are always in different phases, it’s normal to lose a few daily. Using lash serums or getting regular lash fills can help maintain a fuller look!
