We’re looking for models to join us during our upcoming Kintsugi Medical Tattooing Training in Toowoomba, 19th–23rd October.

Treatments available include:
• Scar Camouflage
• Stretch Mark Revision
• 3D Ar**la Tattooing

Each treatment is performed in a supervised training environment, with our experienced trainers closely guiding the process from consultation and colour matching through to tattooing.

Model cost: $295
Treatment time: approx. 1.5–2 hours

This is a beautiful opportunity to receive a specialised medical tattooing treatment at a significantly reduced model rate while supporting the next generation of artists learning these restorative techniques.

Our 3D ar**la training is designed to give students the opportunity to learn, watch, practise and refine each element of the treatment.

With hands-on guidance from our trainers, students build their understanding of colour, depth, texture and technique — developing the skills and confidence needed to create realistic 3D results. ✨

Understanding pigments is one of the most important parts of medical tattooing. 🎨

When working with scar camouflage and 3D ar**la restoration, there’s no such thing as simply choosing a pigment straight from the bottle and hoping for the best.

Every client’s skin is different. We need to consider undertones, overtones, pigment temperature, colour theory, the surrounding skin and how the chosen colour is expected to heal within the skin.

For 3D ar**la tattooing, multiple pigment tones can also be layered together to create the highlights, shadows, texture and depth that give the finished tattoo its realistic appearance.

For scar camouflage, precise colour matching is essential to help the scar blend as naturally as possible with the surrounding skin.

Learning how to select, mix, modify and understand your pigments is a huge part of creating beautiful, considered results — and an important foundation we focus on throughout our Kintsugi medical tattooing training. 🤍
