Training Night #102

This session took a more hands-on approach, with our barbers working one-on-one alongside our educators.

Rather than a demonstration, each barber identified areas of their own work they wanted to develop, breaking down technique and making adjustments in real time.

From sectioning and elevation to weight distribution, shape and control - the focus was on understanding the why behind each adjustment and putting it straight into practice.

Training Night #101

Since the beginning of BARBIERO, education has been a big part of what we do.

100+ sessions later, this is the first time we’ve decided to document one and share what happens behind the scenes.

In session #101 we take deep dive into scissor work, graduation, low taper structure and finishing with a natural flow back.

Staff then got involved in a Q&A, breaking down the techniques, decision-making and everything in between.
