A position of a Retail Assistant has recently become available in our store on the Central Coast in Gorokan.

We are a family business and a wholesaler of superb quality nail & beauty products for professionals and home-based beauticians. Our wide product range supports every nail technician in achieving an ultimate success. Our mission is to supply top quality at a reasonable price! Become a part of our team and help us provide our clients with high quality customer service and superior range of products!

Qualifications & experience:

Knowledge of MYOB essential
Knowledge of nail technology
Solid computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Experience in retail and customer service
Ability to work as a team member and on their own initiative
Strong work ethic and reliability


Tasks & responsibilities:

Serving customers, taking orders over the phone, preparing & packing orders for dispatch
Making product from bulk, keeping shelves and displays looking neat
Responding to customers via email and social media
Generating invoices in MYOB
Accurately monitoring stock levels
Being able to work in a fast paced environment
Delivering professional customer service
