What a journey it has been.
I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to every single client, friend, family member, and supporter who has been part of this dream over the last 7 years.

To my loyal clients — thank you for trusting me and my team, for supporting a small business, for every appointment, recommendation, kind word, coffee drop-off, laugh, and conversation along the way. You are the reason The Shampoo Shop is what it is today.

Running a business isn’t always easy, but the love and support from this community has meant more than I could ever put into words. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and so grateful to still be doing what I love every single day.

✨ Christmas Appointment Reminder ✨

As we head into our busiest time of year, here are a few reminders to help everything run smoothly:

🎄 Online Bookings
Our online booking system will be turned off as we’re almost fully booked.
For any changes or cancellations, please call us on 4325 55 55.

💳 Deposits & Cancellations
All appointments require a deposit.
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit.

⏰ Arrivals
Please allow extra travel time—Christmas is busy.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your service.

💗 Patience & Kindness
Our team is working at full speed to look after everyone, and we appreciate your patience.

🎁 Holiday Closure
We’ll be closed 24th December – 6th January.
