Last Appointments 🤍

Chloe C will be starting her maternity leave as off the 31st! So least times will be her last until she returns back to the salon.

This is first in best dressed. To book in jump on to the online booking system to secure these times.

Chloe S will be taking over full time starting the 4th of April to take care of you all so jump on and book your appointments as you know it can be hard to get the times to best suit you. So don’t miss out !!

🤍 Lash Lift & Tint 🤍

Can you believe this was achieved by just a lash lift and tint !!
This will last around 6-8 weeks with no in-between maintenance. If you are blessed with full natural lashes why not try something a little different by lifting those beauties and gaining that curl a lash curler give but without the damage.

Let’s all welcome Chloe officially to the team at Afterglow Beauty Lounge !!
So happy to have have a new face & skills to the team.
Chloe will be starting as of the 13th of February and will be continuing on Mondays and Tuesdays. So anyone wanting to book in can just message here on instagram or easily book online through the link in our bio.

‼️ Exciting news for 2023 ‼️

Some new changes are coming to the salon for the new year! Chloe will be expecting a little bundle of joy due in April ! 🥰

Good news though!
The salon will be having another Chloe to come to the rescue to fill in while I’ll be off with bubs.

Chloe is a fully qualified lash technician with 2 years experience with a beautiful attitude to making sure your lashes look stunning.
To start off with Chloe will be in salon Monday’s, Tuesday and will take over for the time i will be off. So come in and meet her she is more then excited to meet you!

As for myself I’ll be finishing up as off the 31st of March. So If you are wishing to book in before i start maternity I’d recommend doing so as soon as possible as i will book up pretty fast.
The amount of time I’ll be needing is hard to tell at this stage as it’s all new to me, though I’ll try get back to you all as soon as I can. I won’t be leaving you, I’ll be back !! 🤍🤍

Afterglow is now enforcing a strict Cancellation/ no show policy !!!

Please, please read this notification.
I’ve been wanting to do a post on this for some time. Though due to the numerous of last minute cancelling and not showing up for appointments lately it’s time to enforce this.
Firstly this policy is not to take your money or upset anyone but to ensure my small business stays healthy. Especially coming into the busiest time of the year.
As I work by appointments if you are to not show or cancel last minute that is a lost for the business as it’s very rare I can actually fill that time you have book out.
Put in perspective if you were to book out a room at a motel for a night and if you were to not show or to cancel within the 24hr time frame your expected to pay full amount right ? Because they can’t fill that room anymore because they have held it for YOU.
Same goes for my little business.
I am human and I can understand things come up kids are sick, your called in last minute for a work shift or something out of the blue just happens. That’s life I get it.
But this small cancellation fee is going to help me able to keep providing the services I know you all enjoy so much and I will mean Ill be able to keep doing that for you !

Cancellation policy:

This is for anyone cancelling there appointment in less then 48hrs.

* Cancelling within the 48hr time frame will result in a 20% of services cost.

* Cancellation within the 24hr time frame will result in 100% service cost. This is due to the 10min prior to appointment texts there have been lately.

No shows:

Not showing to appointment. There are multiple texts sent out and a phone call once 5 minutes late. There’s NO excuse

* You will be charged 100% of service cost and will require a booking fee to reschedule. Failure to do this or no showing happens more then twice you will not get an appointment with me in future.

There will be no future appointments to be booked in at Afterglow Beauty Lounge until payment is made.

I try my hardest to respect your time by accommodating you and your needs and times that suit you but all I ask that my time and business is respected in return.
I am always and forever grateful for all of my beautiful clients ❤️
