I've actually had a few clients say this to me lately, so I thought it deserved its own post.
Cleansing isn't because I think your lashes or brows are “dirty.”
Even when you arrive completely makeup-free, natural oils, SPF, skincare and invisible residue can still be sitting on the hair.
For me, cleansing is simply part of proper preparation. I want to know I'm beginning every treatment with a clean canvas before I apply anything else. 🤍
It's one of those little steps you might not think much about as a client — but it's a step I won't skip.

A little payment update from Brow Nook Studio 🤍
From 1 October 2026, major card networks in Australia will be introducing no-surcharge rules for card payments.
Rather than increasing my service prices to cover payment processing costs, I’ve decided to keep my pricing exactly as it is. ✨
Moving forward, my preferred payment methods will be:
