One of the questions I get asked most is, “What do you use on your own skin?”

This is my current routine but it’s important to remember that your skin is not my skin. The products and ingredients I use are based on my skin type, concerns, lifestyle and goals. A routine that works well for me may not be the right routine for you.

My focus is on maintaining a healthy skin barrier, supporting the skin microbiome, providing daily antioxidant and UV protection, encouraging collagen production, and using evidence-based ingredients to support long term skin health.

Consistency will always outperform complexity. A well chosen routine that you use every day is far more effective than a shelf full of products that don’t suit your skin.

Skincare should be personalised, not copied. That’s why every recommendation I make in clinic is tailored to the individual sitting in front of me.
