Did you know you might be able to claim private health rebates for your naturopathic consultations? 🌿 Some health funds offer rebates for naturopathy. So, before your next appointment, it's worth checking with your health insurer to see what coverage you have.

So far the following Private Health Insurers offer rebates - CBHS, ACA Health Benefits Fund, HP Health Partners, Mildura Health Fund, Peoplecare Health, St Luke's Health, Territory Health Fund.

After a consultation I can issue a receipt that you can use to claim back money from your Healthcare fund. And yes, Naturopaths have to have certain requirements in place to be listed with Private Health Funds.

Who else can relate?

So I had this amazing idea to bake something delicious today 🍪.
Im thinking zucchini (they needed eating) & chocolate (because that's what I felt like).
Then, my inner chef decided to go rogue and swap out almost ALL the ingredients & the final result looked NOTHING like the recipe 🤔.

Who can relate 🙋‍♀️🙋

And because I'm a Naturopath I thought why nood cook with intention and strengthen the immune system at the same time?! Medical mushrooms 🍄 hellooo!!!

In the end it tasted alright - but the recipe, which I probably wont remember next time, does need a bit of editing- thinking zuccini- peanut butter- chocolate?!
