Important Update: Price Adjustment Effective April 1st

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our pricing structure for hairdressing appointments, the Small price increase will be effective as at 31st March. This decision has been carefully considered and is necessary due to rising operational costs and our commitment to maintaining the high quality of service you expect and deserve.

I understand that price changes can be inconvenient, and we are grateful for your continued loyalty and understanding. This adjustment will enable us to continue providing you with exceptional services, using the finest products and the latest techniques in the industry.

Mobile Hairdressing Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 15th September 2025

To ensure the best service for all clients and to respect the time and effort involved in mobile hairdressing, the following cancellation policy is now in effect:

❗ Cancellation Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50

💳 Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $50 may be required to secure appointments.

This deposit will be deducted from the final service cost but will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice.

🚫 No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

📆 Rebooking After Cancellation
Clients who cancel repeatedly or fail to show may be refused future bookings or placed on a waitlist.

💬 Communication
Cancellations must be made via text, phone call or messenger chat

Please ensure your message is received and acknowledged to avoid misunderstandings.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows me to continue offering high-quality mobile hairdressing services to all clients.
