This chick brought absolute vibes to my dread room 🙌🏼 yes.. dread shop extensions were brought- with advice from another loctician.
After having some chats about these particular extensions and why I don’t recommend them, this chick decided she will flow with it and see how she likes dreadlocks for herself, then potentially swap them out for some softer dreadlocks.

So this chick spent the last year with 23 dreadlocks on her WHOLE head… this was actually devastating to see, yet again, another person sucked into someone that ‘knew what they were doing’.
We spoke for quite a few months.. I gave her the raw news of the fact she should brush her dreadlocks out… that is a lot for someone to take in.. I’ve been there myself… but she did it. I told her I could do the brush out if she would like, but doing it herself and at her own pace would be better for her and her scalp..
So she brushed them out over a couple of months….Brushing her last one out travelling up to me.. coming in with what I felt was stuff all confidence. This chick left with the biggest smile. We’re only halfway through her transformation, but wow 🤩

I don’t think I have had one person walk into my dread space that I can’t be myself around.
I’m so grateful of the people I’ve met throughout my New Moon Journey.

This little dude went from a full head to a wicked undercut 🙌🏼 here we have quite a matted set of baby dreadlocks- which were installed in Bali march 2026, no wax, just very large sections for a child and no advice given to their mum for the aftercare. Now with some healthy advice given- and a slow reconstruction on his thickest dreadlocks in the works- I hope you both feel a tonne better 🖤 Thankyou for travelling from Morayfield 🙌🏼
With no real ‘sections’ to work with.. we have another Bali set on this little dude.. no wax.. just some chunky dreads in spots they shouldn’t be.. which will be fixed over time. These dreadlocks suit this little guy like nothing before, thankyou to you, and your mumma for trusting me with your dreadlocks and coming all the way from Morayfield ❤️🙌🏼
Just a gentle reminder.. dreadlocks can be a breeze for some when it comes to maintaining, not easy for others… Consider this if you decide to get dreadlocks, whatever age you may be 🖤
