A Little Update About Our Reception 🩵

We wanted to let everyone know that our reception won't always be open for walk-ins.

With the rising cost of running a small business, it's not always viable for us to have someone at reception waiting for walk-in bookings, retail purchases, or coffee orders throughout the day. By operating this way, we're able to keep our overheads down, which helps us continue offering high-quality treatments and services at fair and affordable prices for our clients.

If you'd like to book an appointment in person, browse our retail range, purchase products, or grab a coffee, we kindly ask that you please give us a call first so we can arrange a suitable time. This helps avoid disappointment if reception isn't staffed when you arrive.

For your convenience, gift vouchers and appointments can be purchased and booked online anytime, and we encourage everyone to use these options where possible.

If you call and we're unable to answer, please leave us a message on our answering machine. We're often with clients and will return your call as soon as we can.

At times, we may operate by appointment only, and we reserve the right to do so when needed.

A friendly reminder about our booking policy 🩵

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in your deposit being retained in accordance with our booking policy.

Unfortunately, we've also seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, which is disappointing for both our team and the clients on our waitlist who miss the opportunity to book those appointment times. Our booking policy is in place to help us manage our schedule fairly, reduce wasted appointment time, and keep our business running efficiently—helping us continue to keep our prices as affordable as possible.
