I hate this part but unfortunately it is part of owning a business and that is to bring my prices in line with the rising cost from colour companies and the general expenses that keep my business viable.

I have had to make the decision to charge 50% of the service booked for cancellations with less than 24hours notice. I hate to do this but as my days in the salon are limited, I loose money when I am unable to fill the spot. I am only a small business.

With Christmas coming please try and be on time for your appointments. I’m booked back to back most days and any changes can make me run late for the rest of the day.

As many of you already know, I have started a new part time job with Paediatric Play. This is very exciting for me and something I have been working towards.
However it is presenting some scheduling challenges as I’m not 100% set with my working hours as yet.
I will also be reducing my nights down to one to be more present for my family.
