Greetings from KL! I heard Victoria is in the middle of an Arctic blast, can’t say I’m sad to be missing that. I promise I’ll enjoy the sunshine for you ❤️

To follow on from my adventures in washing - I’ve switched over to Purifas, which is fully recyclable disposable bed linen. This will drastically reduce the amount of washing I need to do, and is amazing for hygiene & infection control. Looks pretty snazzy too!

Even cooler - this can be recycled locally Sustainable Plastic Solutions, just down the road.

I love being able to support local business where I can, as I’m sure we all do.

Part of being a registered Remedial Massage Therapist is continuing education, and last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the annual Massage & Myotherapy Australia conference, which was all about multidisciplinary healthcare for chronic pain.

We had some amazing speakers - it was wonderful to be in a room of 250 people who are dedicated to educating, treating and caring for people, and staying up to date with the latest research. ❤️

Can highly recommend Shane, big congratulations to him on his new space!
