Acupuncture using dry needling techniques to target myofascial trigger points — those stubborn, tight areas within a muscle.
If you watch closely, you can actually see the needle twitching/vibrating 👀🪡 This is a local twitch response, where the muscle fibres around the needle involuntarily contract and release when the trigger point is stimulated.
The stimulation can help reduce muscle tension, encourage relaxation and increase local blood flow, while creating a small local healing response.
Basically… finding that tight, stubborn spot and giving it a little nudge to let go. 🪡✨

Introducing Thai Foot Massage — a 30-minute treatment combining traditional Thai-inspired massage techniques with bamboo sticks for deeper, more targeted work through the feet.
This treatment can be particularly lovely for those experiencing tired, tight or achy feet, or for anyone who spends long periods on their feet — whether that’s at work, training, or simply keeping busy all day.
It may also be beneficial for areas of tension associated with plantar fascia discomfort, tight arches and calves, helping to release built-up tension and leave your feet feeling lighter and more relaxed. 🦶🏼
