Strapped in and ready because Spring has sprung 🌸
The end of August / Winter recap is here and I’m very lucky as it was so much fun dressing up the kids for lots of activities and I got to treat a lot of different clients again this past month.
Working with my wonderful clients especially through Focus Physio in Glossodia has been a highlight treating the oldies in their own home and adding some pain management to their lifestyle has been super rewarding. Following my passion to the fullest 🏠

My little family and I celebrated my birthday in August and time together as best as we could with a busy schedule. So a weekend away was just what the doctor ordered. Such a great reset and ready to treat my clients again this past week. 💆🏼‍♀️✨

currently unsure how I fit so much in and how I don’t have much work content to share as I was too busy just living through it. 💆🏼‍♀️

I treated lots of clients for pre events and post events this month and what a blessing it is to be apart of something that helps you become a better version of yourself.
It’s amazing what we can achieve when we find what’s right for ourself and our body fitness. Grateful to everyone I had the chance to help this month.

For myself, this month also meant completing my first Hyrox with my sister. Then onto Recovery for me which included float therapy at city cave, a massage at Greater Western health and then back to training again. Onto the next thing!

I got to celebrate my sister and Husbands birthdays with lots of cake 🍰

Another month fueled with good food and good coffee. Running and training 🏋️

and honestly lots of wholesome moments with my family. 💕💌✨
