At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
See you Tuesday. Ashleigh Pye Tenielle McGarry

The dirty hair before colour MYTH explained. If a day or 2 worth of oil on scalp protects your head by creating a gentle barrier. Imagine the barrier days and days worth of oil creates. This can stop colour coverage, lift and development. Same with any added products including styling products or temporary colour crayons and sprays. sprayshttps://www.instagram.com/reel/DXEAd1Jk6wW/?igsh=dTluNXhjM3FieWQw

WTF | Week 28: The “Dirty Hair for Colour” Myth 🤢💇‍♀️😳 W.T.F This week, I’m talking about one of my BIGGEST salon icks… clients coming in for colour with dirty hair because they’ve been told “the dirtier, the better.” Let me just say — this is one of the most outdated hair myths still floating around… and it needs to go. The kind of thing where you think you’re doing the right thing… but it’s actually affecting your result, your scalp, and how your colour processes 😬 From product build-up to oils blocking proper lift, this is why clean (not freshly washed that second, but clean) hair matters more than you think. This is real, professional advice — not old-school salon myths. 👀 Watch to the end to understand why this gives me the ultimate WTF moment. Comment below, have you been told this before? #HairCare #real #Hair #WTF #LizzieLiros

Our Xmas break up was awesome this year!

🎨Firstly we had a "paint your mate piccasso style" session . Denise was an amazing host. So helpful to us (me!) without any artistic talent and we had such a fantastic afternoon! 🖼
🍕Then onto meet up with Vanessa at for Dinner. It was absolutely delish! Highly recommend a visit!

Drop in to see our "spectacular" 🤭😜 artworks and see if you can guess who painted who! 🤔

And thank you very much to Deb for joining us also 🩷🩷
