Gosh it feels like a lifetime ago. I really really enjoyed my time as a spin/RPM instructor. So many good times over the 10 years i did it. Covid stuffed it up for me and i never went back to it 😢 Bernadette Cilia Natural Therapies

💛 Caringbah Clients 💛
Just a quick heads-up that I won’t be available at Caringbah next Friday due to a family medical appointment.
I’m also already fully booked this Tuesday, so if you’re hoping to get your massage in this week, I do have appointments available at my Helensburgh clinic. 🌿
And before you think “Oh, Helensburgh is too far!” 😜 — it’s actually closer than you might think:
📍 Caringbah — 30 mins
📍 Cronulla — 34 mins
📍 Miranda — 28 mins
📍 Gymea — 25 mins
📍 Kirrawee & Sutherland — 23 mins
📍 Engadine — 17 mins (FYI Engo to Cbah is 16min 😉)
It’s a beautiful, easy drive, and you get your massage in a quiet, private setting away from the hustle and bustle. 💆♀️🌿
If you’d like an appointment this week, send me a message or book online before the available spots disappear. https://www.halaxy.com/book/helensburgh/location/651551
