Pregnancy is a beautiful transformation, but it can also ask a lot from the body.

As your body changes, so do your needs.
More weight, new sensations, tiredness, tension, emotions… and sometimes simply the need to be held and cared for.

Pregnancy massage is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle, nurturing touch, the intention is to bring comfort to the body, soften areas of tension and create a moment where you don’t have to do anything.

Just receive.

For me, massage is never only about the body.
It is about creating a safe space where body, heart and emotions can be acknowledged.

This Sunday morning, we gather at Dundowran Beach, Ansons Road carpark, for a gentle morning of slowing down, connecting and coming back to ourselves.

A space to pause, breathe, listen and share from the heart. Together, we’ll journey through the grounding rhythm of the drum, creating a beautiful space for connection, presence and community.
Afterwards, we’ll stay and share breakfast together, a relaxed moment to connect, chat and enjoy nourishing food in good company. 🌞🌿

There was a time when I felt called to slow down.

To listen more deeply.
To reconnect with nature, with the feminine, and with the wisdom that has always lived within me.

This is how my journey with the 13 Original Clan Mothers began.

For the past few years, these teachings have been a beautiful thread woven through my own path. They have brought me back to the cycles of nature, the seasons of life, the feminine, and the many ways we are invited to listen, grow, remember and return to ourselves.

And now, I feel ready to open this journey to other women. ♥️

On 18 October, we will gather for an introduction to the 13 Original Clan Mothers and to the year-long journey that follows.

Thirteen teachings.
Thirteen moons.
Thirteen invitations to look within.

Each month, we will meet one Clan Mother and explore her wisdom, her story, and the part of our own journey she may illuminate.

There is nothing to know.
Nothing to prepare.
Simply come as you are.

A space to listen.
To share.
To connect.
To walk together.
And perhaps to remember something that has been quietly waiting within you. 🤍

Dragonfly Medicine 🪽

I feel very grateful to have the dragonfly around me so much at the moment.

I take it as a beautiful reminder of transformation, clarity and lightness.

The dragonfly spends much of its life beneath the water before emerging into the light and taking flight.

It reminds me that sometimes we go through deep, unseen transformations before we are ready to see life from a new perspective.

Its medicine speaks to me of letting go of old stories, trusting the changes within us and allowing ourselves to move with life rather than against it.

A reminder that transformation doesn’t always have to be heavy.

We can soften.
We can release.
We can change.
We can rise.

And perhaps, when we stop trying to control the journey, we remember how to fly. 🪽
