✨ Salon Cancellation Policy ✨
Your appointments are important to me, and they’re reserved just for you. I completely understand that life happens, so here’s how I manage cancellations and no-shows:
✅ 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
✅ Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
✅ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require a deposit for future bookings.
✅ I always allow room for genuine emergencies, so please reach out if something unexpected comes up.
