SALON POLICY
Hi Ladies
Unfortunately I have had to implement a salon policy. We understand that its not always possible to give 24 hours notice when sudden sickness arrives, however could you please contact us as soon as possible, as we will gladly do the same. If in the event that you arrive late to you appointment, your treatment will be reduced to fit into what time is remaining. If you are substantially late (10mins or more), your appointment will need to be re-scheduled. This is in the interest of you and your fellow clients. Regrettably continual No Shows or Late Arrivals will not be able to make future appointments, but are still very welcomed as a walk-in if the schedule allows. A confirmation text will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, could you kindly confirm with us that you will be attending. Failure to do so may result in your appointment no being available to you. Thank you for your understanding and continual patronage

Good morning ladies.
As you are all aware I’ll be taking over the amazing jolene, I know I have massive shoes to fill but believe I have the confidents in doing so.
I will commence as of the 20th jan and remain working at my current employment until I build clients up. Thursday and Friday - weekends if needed. In the mean time I’ll do my very best to schedule you in and will apologies in advance as I try and juggle this exciting new chapter.
These days will change but I’ll be sure to let you all know.
Jolene will pass over all of your details and I’ll be in contact over the next couple of weeks.
