Important Update Regarding Online Bookings at Miss D & Co Salon

Dear Clients,

I would like to take a moment to clarify some important updates regarding our online booking system.

Recently, we have experienced over 10 fraudulent bookings, which are now under formal investigation through our salon’s online database system. In response to this, and to ensure the safety and integrity of our business, Miss D & Co will be implementing new booking protocols effective immediately.

Please note: These new measures apply only to new clients.

All new online bookings will now require the following:
• Upfront payment for all services at the time of booking
• Valid identification and verified contact details (license check) upon booking

As a result of these recent incidents, Miss D & Co is now operating strictly as a boutique home salon. We will not be accepting any new clients unless these verification steps are completed.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to genuine new clients, but these measures are necessary to protect the integrity of our services and appointments.

I’m posting this as the whole salon has come down with the flu and we are all bed bound . I am reaching out as we love our clients but please stay home until your well . I have ended up in hospital late last night as I suffered a bronchitis and Athsma attack which has put me on the ventilator all night .
