Lately I’ve been thinking about how we care for the body.

We often reach for solutions at the surface creams, treatments, routines —
but the body is always working from structure first.

Every cell membrane within us is built from fatty acids.
They decide how cells receive nutrients, release waste, regulate inflammation and communicate with each other.

The slow light, the salt air, the familiar hum of a town that knows my family and holds my childhood memories so gently.
