🙌🙏This is what some of my clients are saying …

“I’ve seen many therapists before but have never felt positive in this way” - J

“Karina is doing amazing work out in the community and is helping a lot of people” - Leah

“I just experienced my second Shake The Tree session with Karina, and I feel like there’s been a huge shift — it’s honestly hard to believe. I’ve gone from feeling over-anxious to not sweating the small stuff. My words are softer, and my mind is no longer in chaos. My alcohol intake has reduced substantially.” - B x

“First I’m super grateful for your work, our healing sessions have made major changes within myself. I’ve gone from doubt, anxiety, not feeling enough, being so mad and hurtful towards myself. To an absolutely different person, no longer am I super anxious, No longer so mean towards myself,my body and mind. Learning to love myself whole heartedly. I am actually managing and achieving things I’ve put off for years - showing up for myself I am feeling very aligned and a whole lot lighter. I will keep up with my homework and make another appointment very soon 🤍 xx — Ashton
