Saving lives one face at a time 🫡🏥

When we think about ageing, we often think about the changes we can see.

Lines.
Shadows.
Skin quality.
Volume changes.

But long before any of those appear, genetics has already influenced the blueprint.

Facial structure, bone shape, tissue support and the way different areas of the face age can vary significantly from one person to the next.

This is one of the reasons two people of the same age can look completely different and why treatment planning should never be one-size-fits-all.

Before ageing comes genetics.

And before treatment comes assessment.

If you'd like a personalised assessment, consultations are available via the link in bio.

If you've been in my treatment room before...

You've probably heard me mention Opuluxe V at least once. 😂

I love treatments that prioritise skin quality first. Healthy, resilient skin will always be the foundation, and Opuluxe V has become one of my favourite tools to support that.

All cosmetic treatments begin with a comprehensive consultation to determine suitability. Individual treatment plans and outcomes vary. This information is general in nature and is not intended as personal medical advice.

But since you’re here…

Curious about a treatment? Wondering what might actually suit your face, skin or goals?

The best place to start isn't Google... it's a conversation.

Every face is different, which means every treatment plan should be too. If you're thinking about exploring your options, book a consultation and let's chat through what's possible, what's not, and what will genuinely give you the best outcome.

No pressure. No cookie-cutter recommendations. Just honest, personalised advice so you can make an informed decision.

Your face deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Forever investing in education. 🤍

I recently had the privilege of attending an advanced injecting masterclass with world-renowned plastic surgeon . In aesthetics, ongoing education is essential to continually refine techniques, stay up to date with the latest evidence, and provide the highest standard of patient care.

Every course is an opportunity to learn, grow, and bring even better outcomes back to my patients here at Finesse. ✨

A huge thank you to Hugel Australia for this amazing opportunity.

The best compliment after cosmetic treatment isn't "What did you have done?" It's...

"You look well."
"You look refreshed."

My approach has always been to aim for natural-looking outcomes. Every treatment plan is personalised to your anatomy, skin, concerns and goals because no two patients are the same.

Cosmetic medicine should complement your natural features—not become the centre of attention.

The best treatment plan starts with a conversation, not a treatment menu.

Every face is different, which is why every consultation should be too.

In aesthetics, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking more is better... More treatments. More appointments. More products.

But sometimes the biggest shift comes from taking a step back and asking a different question:

Is this actually the right treatment for the concern we're trying to address?

Good treatment planning isn't about doing more.

It's about understanding the underlying cause, choosing the most appropriate approach and having a clear reason for recommending it.

You don't need more treatments. You need better ones.

You might feel slight pressure, okay’? 👀😂

Skin needling won't solve all your problems.

Your inbox will still be full.
Your laundry will still be waiting.
Your children will still somehow need snacks every 14 minutes.

But if you're going to be ageing anyway, you may as well be banking collagen while you do it, right?!

Skin needling works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering a natural healing response. Part of that process involves stimulating collagen production over time.

No treatment stops ageing, but supporting skin quality is one way to invest in the future version of your skin.
