If I could go back and build The Beauty Cartel from the very beginning, there are so many things I’d do differently.

Not because I regret the journey, but because experience has taught me what actually moves the needle.

I wouldn’t obsess over my logo.
I wouldn’t chase perfection.
I wouldn’t wait until I felt “ready.”

I’d get clear on my niche.
I’d know my numbers before placing my first order.
I’d build trust before trying to make sales.
