So coming home today - first oil I reached for my was Peppermint touch - over my temples and where the headband had been sitting!

One of my favourite and most used oils.

I am someone who often has an upset tummy (including now) and I am currently sitting with my favourite DigestZen rubbed all over my belly with a wheat pack!
