A bit of a full circle moment catching up with Errol Douglas at Mane Land 🤍

We sat down with Errol here last year for a chat… and this time we’re reconnecting the day after he was crowned Global Hairdresser of the Year at the Australian Hair Fashion Awards - which still feels wild to even say.

It was so good to hear what the last 12 months have actually looked like behind the scenes - the work, the consistency, the creative push, and everything that goes into reaching that level. Because it’s never just the award, it’s everything that leads up to it.

We also chatted about Glowwa and how important it is to look at hair from the inside out - not just what we’re doing behind the chair, but how we’re supporting our clients long term.
