2024 has been an incredible year for us all at George!
There have been some significant changes and milestones, from reuniting with , to saying farewell to the incredible .bee & as well as taking the reins.

We want to thank all of our amazing clients for your loyalty, support and letting us create magic with your hair throughout the year.
We love and appreciate each and every one of you!

We are so excited to show you all what’s in store for George in 2025 and will reopen on Tuesday 7th January.

We’re so excited to welcome the very beautiful to our team as of the 12th of April ❤️

A little bit about Charlie…
I was born in a small country town called mudgee where I lived a loving childhood racing motor cross, playing sports and travelling around Australia to compete. While living in mudgee I was surrounded by passionate mentors within my step mother, glammy and great grandmother who were all not only exceptional hairdressers but also salon owners. At 11 years old I started assisting in the family salons and my love for all things hair began. My step mum then opened her salon where I frequently asked to help out. At 15 I moved to Newcastle where I found my place doing wedding styling and braiding for 3 years at Braid Lab. While working at Braid Lab and continuing my Psychology study I also joined my sister in her salon Jordan Rose Collective where I perfected my blow drying technique, styling and toning. At this time I also completed my Professional Make Up Artistry Course. Since then I worked for PONY Hair Studio in Newcastle to further advance my training and formally begin my apprenticeship. While I have loved Newcastle I am beyond excited for what Horsham and the George The Salon have to offer me not only professionally but also as a community. I admire the friendship at George and feel grateful for the opportunity to advance my career.

Charlie will be available to book from the 12th for toners, colours, bouncey blowouts, waves and upstyling. We are also so excited to now be able to offer makeup services with Charlie 🥰
