A timely reminder of our cancellation policy. It is a condition of booking that you accept this policy when you make a booking with us.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our small business greatly. In winter, it’s unlikely gaps fill unless we are given ample notice.

Our sms confirmation should not serve as a reminder that you have double booked yourself, no longer need the appointment this week, have a work meeting etc etc.
Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions.

Today we’re celebrating one whole year with our incredible Salon Manager/Nail Tech/Beauty Therapist, Cate! 🤍

Over the past year, you’ve become such an important part of Shimmer. Your talent as both a beauty therapist and nail technician is second to none, but it’s your kindness, work ethic and genuine care for our clients and team that truly make you so special. All of this whilst being an incredible mumma of three!

Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes, in the treatment room and nail table. You bring positivity, professionalism and fun to every day, and we’re so grateful to have you .
