What to use when :) my guide

Morning = protect and hydrate; evening = repair and renew. AM routines centre on antioxidants (e.g., vitamin C) and SPF to shield skin from daily stressors, while PM routines focus on actives that support overnight recovery and renewal.
You don’t need two entirely separate routines. Core staples like a gentle cleanser, hydrating serums (hyaluronic acid), barrier-supporting ingredients (peptides, ceramides), and moisturiser can be used effectively both morning and night.
Time your actives strategically. Vitamin C is ideal in the morning under sunscreen for antioxidant protection; retinol and exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs like glycolic, lactic, salicylic) are generally better suited to evening use.
Vitamin C and retinol can play in the same routine, just not at the same time. Using vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night lets you benefit from both without overloading the skin with powerful actives simultaneously.
Keep it simple and consistent. A minimal, consistent routine, cleanser, hydration, moisturiser, and daily broad-spectrum SPF, forms the essential foundation; add targeted treatments only as your skin needs them.
