People are quick to see an outcome and call it luck.
What they don't see is the journey. The years of damage control after sunburn, cracked lips, disappointing skincare purchases, and skin that wasn't ageing as gracefully as I'd hoped.
So I'm bringing my journey to your attention because it's actually great news. It's proof that skin can repair, renew and improve at any age when it's given the right support.
I discovered stem cell skincare at 48 and committed to a simple routine that takes me less than 3 minutes. Seven years later, at 55, I'm using the exact same products and my skin is healthier, smoother and more radiant than it ever was in my 30s and 40s.

After spending time with 10 incredible women this month, I realised the conversations were far more powerful than the makeup.
We talked about thinning eyebrows, wrinkles, dry skin, menopause, confidence, busy lives, kids, grandkids, loss, joy, and everything in between.
Despite their different stories, they all have this one thing in common:
They are far more beautiful than they believe themselves to be.
Maybe that's the real magic of a makeover.
Not changing how someone looks but helping them see themselves differently.

I rarely deviate from my colour palette so this warm lip colour was far from my usual pick!
But guess what! I don't hate it and I may even wear it again 😄🙌
Why it still works:
- it's only just slightly to the warm side of neutral (orange is there but not a huge percentage)
- it's soft and muted, just like my colouring (if I didn't have this in common with this colour it would have been a no-go)
- I leaned into the warm palette by wearing coppery tones on my eyes (a trick I often use anyway to bring out blue eyes)
- I kept my foundation & blush neutral so my cool skin isn't thrown off
