AI showed me a glimpse of a path I could have taken.

It generated a version of what my skin might look like at 55 if I'd spent a lifetime in the sun without protection, was slack with removing my makeup, and treated skincare as an afterthought.

The second image is the real me. I'm not against aging in the slightest. I have no desire to look 25 again, and I wear my laughter lines with pride. But wow, this was a powerful reminder that daily habits matter.

The thing about skin is that it has the ability to repair, regenerate and improve when we give it the support it needs. No matter your age, it's never too late to start. I've seen it happen with my own eyes over and over for countless friends and clients.

After spending time with 10 incredible women this month, I realised the conversations were far more powerful than the makeup.
