Why are infills recommended every 2-3 weeks? 👇🏼👇🏼

If you are wanting to maintain your lash extensions, and keep your lashes looking fluffy and full, infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks 🫶🏼

This will depend on your natural lash cycle (how fast your lashes grow) and how well you look after them after your appointment 🫧

The average person has 90-120 natural lashes per eyelid. We naturally shed 2-5 lashes a day. At the end of 1 week an average of 21 lashes are shed, by 2 weeks an average of 42 lashes are shed and by 3 weeks an average of 63 lashes have shed and so on. When a lash sheds with an extension attached a new lash will start to grow in its place and the process repeats itself 🫶🏼

This is why regular infills are required to remove and replace grown out lashes with a new extension. Any new lashes are also filled ✨
