Good Afternoon Everyone

I wanted to share the post below even though I’m not usually this bold with my faith but I needed to hear this today.

To give you some context why - I hurt my back this morning as I was getting dressed for Ripley Markets today.

Feeling frustrated with what I thought was my weakness I had to sit for a bit and the below story came across my feed.

I believe God gives us everything we need for our wellbeing even the challenges so that we might be able to help someone else with their journey so this was timely for me to see.

My song to sing

The whole reason why I made the Magnesium Rub was to help me with the pa!n I’ve now have lived with for almost 10years.

This caused me to give up a secure job, it effected my lifestyle, my family and some days the p@in was so intense I could hardly walk or move.

For 2 years I was doing everything possible with rehabilitation, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, drs, specialists etc

It was looking like another surgery and I just needed a break from it all.

I started praying and researching ingredients and came up with this blend of essential oils and magnesium that are blended in a body butter base that is nourishing my body while supporting it through the p@in.

Now to be clear I’m still under medical supervision to monitor if I need the surgery.

The underlying issues are still there however I’m no longer experiencing the same intensity of p@in so my quality of life has improved and completely off medication for almost 6yrs.

This combination of Magnesium and Essential Oils found in my Magnesium Rub worked to improve my lifestyle so it got me wondering if it could help anyone else.

For about 5years now I’ve been taking this product to market - So far I haven’t had anyone come back to say it hasn’t helped them after all this time.

Everyone is different but now I know my experiences and physical struggles are also my song to sing so that I can continue to make products that might also help you with your song.

We had a little fun last Friday with some workshops designed to keep kids busy with developing their fine motor skills, communication and social interactions.

Everyone who came were focused and used their terrific listening ears.

Some of my granddaughters participated and I have to say I’m very proud of their achievements.

So much so that if you pop into Bellbird Essentials this week you’ll get to meet Harper.

She is my eldest granddaughter who has taken the basic skills from the Bath Bomb workshop and learned some advanced techniques.

I’m back at Bellbird Essentials this morning feeling energised and ready to get into it.

Are you into recycling, repurposing and sustainable living?

Our household is still with that in mind I’ve bought in a once off hand crafted vintage mirror for sale.

The mirror is vintage with patina that is elegant and sings character and charm.

The frame is recycled repurposed timber that has been sealed with Pale Eucalyptus and Gloss so it will be easy to wipe off the dust while maintaining the original and unique finish.

Made at home by my husband this is a beautiful piece that instantly enhances the space.

I’m a little later than usually but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who popped into Bellbird Essentials at Springfield Markets on Sunday.

Once again I’m reminded why I do what I do with seeing someone use the Magnesium Rub on their aching hands and finding some relief from the p@in.

There was also a young person suffering from a headache and he came to use the Headache Helper rollerball and finding relief.

Hearing stories and opening up a little of yourselves to me to help you work through your natural wellness journey makes me feel like I’m contributing to a happier and healthier community.

Definitely a place of privilege and gratitude.

Thank you for inspiring me to step up each market so I can help you in some small way.
