VERY long time between posts, but I was excited to get the kit out once more today to prepare this gorgeous girl for her upcoming wedding to my amazing nephew 😍 Took us a few tries and lots of chatting, but we finally found a look that makes her feel as gorgeous as she already was. Can't wait for the big day 💒❤

Feeling all the feels this morning!

Makeup sliding off your face in this heat? Here's my top 3 tips to stop you looking like a Picasso painting!

1. Stick with a good waterproof mascara.

This will help to stop "raccoon eyes" by midday! Put 2 or 3 coats on in the morning letting each coat set before the next and you'll have nice fluttery lashes for the rest of the day!

2. Summer is Lip Gloss time!

Let's face it, you're going to be drinking wine... I mean water... all day! Even the best lipstick can't hold up to that kind of punishment. Keep it light and simple (and easy to to up) 😊

3. Blotting Paper is the bomb!

Grab yourself some blotting paper ASAP! If you can't find it in a store there are plenty available online. These pretty NYX ones are about $10 for 100 sheets on Ebay! Instead of piling up the powder to try and keep a matte look just lightly blot the oil and shine away to keep you looking fresh and summery!

And remember if all else fails... just stay in the Air Conditioning! 😁

Wedding Makeup: Foundation Step by Step Beauty supremo Napoleon Perdis spills the step-by-step secrets to achieving a luminous, lasting and picture-perfect complexion on your wedding day.

Okay guys here is the first of your tutorials after your votes yesterday! This look is the simple and classy!

1. Start with a clean slate and some primer
2. Grab a bullet brush (or similar) and some black eyeshadow
3. Place a line of eyeshadow across your upper lash line (doesn't have to be neat)
4. Use a blending brush to pull the colour up towards your socket - don't bring it ALL the way up or you'll just have a black eye!
5. Blend blend blend!
6. Use a precision angle brush and the same eyeshadow to place product on your lower lash line
7. You might like to smudge it a little with your brush so it isn't so harsh
8. Use an eyeliner pencil to fill in your water line
9. Try to keep it even and extend over the whole water line
10. Use the same eyeliner pencil along your upper lash line (again it doesn't have to be perfect)
11. Use your CLEAN bullet brush to smudge the line
12. Keep blending!
13. Finish off with your favourite mascara, foundation and powder and voìla!
