We completely understand that plans can change—sometimes you decide you’d rather have a simple trim instead of the colour service you originally booked, and that’s absolutely okay! 🤍
All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible if your appointment needs to change.
Our longer colour appointments are reserved specifically for you, often taking 3–4 hours. When these services are changed on the day, it leaves us with empty appointment time that is often too late to offer to another client.
A quick phone call or message makes a huge difference and helps us make the best use of our time while also giving someone on our waitlist the opportunity to book in.

As a small business, when we get sick, we can’t work, and it means we may need to cancel appointments for many other clients too. We truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your booking.
