I’ll still be around… just a little less often.
This is me saying yes to another thing I love 🫶🏽
Turns out I love helping people feel better... and houses too!

Over the past few months I have been working casually with a property styling team.
And have unexpectedly, completely fallen in love with it.
So much so… I’ve accepted a full time position.
Which means availability is going to become much more limited.

I appreciate you all loads! Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, stories, aches and pains.

Pop me through a message and lets get you booked in 🤙🏽

Forever grateful for every review, referral, share and booking.

Thank you to everyone who trusts me with their recovery, pain, stress and nervous system. Thank you for supporting this lil business! 🫶🏽

Stromlo Mania, Fox Superflow presented by the legends at is nearly here 🔥

Safe to say… we’re stoked to be back!

We’ll be on-site Saturday 9th + Sunday 10th loosening things up.
