A quick note regarding bookings 🤍

You may have noticed that my booking system now asks for your card details when making an appointment.

I wanted to reassure everyone that this is **not a deposit** and no payment will be taken when you book.

Your card details are simply held securely by the booking system to help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Unfortunately, I've recently experienced a number of appointments where clients either didn't attend or provided very little notice, leaving appointment times unable to be filled. As a small business, this has a significant impact on both my time and income.

As always, I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, I simply ask that as much notice as possible is provided.

Thank you for your understanding, support and respect for my time and small business. It truly means so much and allows me to continue providing the best possible service for all of my wonderful clients 🤍
