The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is the perfect time to do some deep emotional work, weather it be setting out a plan to let go of bad habits & attachments that keep us stuck in a cycle of self-criticism or overthinking, what are ways you can move forward from these, it can be as simple as writing a little list of small steps you can take to stop yourself falling back into the cycle.

With all full moons, its a time of death and rebirth, so after thinking of what areas of your life you want to let go, think about what areas you want new birth, what do you want to manifest in your life right now? write a list of what you want to come into your life at the moment, and then break it down in to some small steps that you can take to achieve that…. small steps lead to great things 🙂
