Hi. Welcome to Soul Threads Hypnotherapy. My name is Elin. I am a dedicated practitioner of Spiritual Hypnotherapy based in Flagstone, Queensland, Australia specialising in Past Life and Between Lives Regression and Ashati Energy healing which includes Reiki.

Energy healing has been part of my life since I was a child, taught to my sisters and myself by our father who would host Hands-on- Healing workshops in our community. In 2025 I delved deeper and opened my energetic channels for both Ashati and Reiki Energy. These are both beautiful gentle energies and help with deep nervous system reset and relaxation along with many other benefits.

My curiosity and passion for Past Life Regression actually came about through my interest in family history and being able to recognise ancestral patterns in my family line. It lead me to the book Many Lives, Many Masters by renowned psychiatrist turned hypnotist and author Brian Weiss.

In 2022, after writing my first historical fiction novel Mother of Light inspired by my Icelandic ancestors, I decided to delve into the world of Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy and have been building my expertise in this field slowly over the past four years alongside family and writing.

I feel honoured as a practitioner to guide people on this fascinating journey into their soul's history for healing, clarity and exploration. In this kind of therapy (PLR & BL) I'm simply the guide and I get to witness profound realisations with my clients as they uncover the answers to their current life emotional, physical and mental ailments.
