What are you doing for fun today? Remember to incorporate a little fun into every day.

For one week I am in Sydney (now until 16/4), and have limited supply of bath salts and notepads with me, plus my table!!!! If you were wanting to book a massage message me ASAP to book in. If you would like to order any notepads or bath salts message for local (to Blacktown) free delivery.

I was talking with someone yesterday and nature and grounding was brought up. Do you know the benefits of getting outdoors and grounding yourself?
Grounding yourself allows for you to pour your energies into the earth and feel the calm of nature entering your body. Grounding appears to have a positive effect on the nervous system, it can help with inflammation and immune systems. It also does so much more. How amazing, right! 💚🤎💙
