BRIDAL TRIAL DATES 💍✨

Hi my lovely brides

As you all know wedding season is fast approaching, with weddings really starting to pick up from September onwards…
Which means my weekends are filled with weddings & bridal bookings 🤍

Because of this, there aren’t many weekends left available for bridal trials. To make sure all my upcoming brides still have the opportunity to book in their trial, I’ll be opening dedicated TRIAL DATES and blocking the entire day out specifically for bridal previews 💄✨

If you are getting married September or later and have not booked a trial with me this one is for you 💕

DATES & TIMES:
• Sat July 4th 9am- 2pm
• Sat July 11th 9am-2pm
• Sat July 18th 9am- 2pm
• Sat July 25th 9am- 12pm or 2pm

These trial days are designed to give my brides a relaxed, personalised experience where we can perfect your dream bridal glam before the big day 👰🏼‍♀️

BOOKING YOUR BRIDAL MAKEUP AND HAIR STYLIST IN?

As soon as you lock in your wedding date & venue - start enquiring! 🤍

Most bridal hair & makeup artists book out 6–18 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season (September–April). Weekend dates can disappear very quickly! 💍

Sometimes I see brides reach out, fall in love with an artist, then take a few months to decide and sort out the best prices and quotes for their budget which is totally fine but
By the time they circle back, the date is no longer available because another bride has secured the date.
Due to wedding season becoming extremely busy, I place all enquiries on a first in, first served basis. Without a deposit the date isn’t secured.
If I have sent out a formal quote I give the bride one week I check in and go from there.

Some dates can receive multiple enquiries, especially Saturdays during peak season 💍

The earlier you book the more choice you have
The later you book the more you’re left choosing what is available and not who you really want.

Hair and makeup is one of the most important vendors along the side your photographer in my eyes

WATERPROOF MAKEUP let’s talk about it 💄✨

One thing I always love educating my clients on is that makeup is water resistant… not completely waterproof

Professional bridal & event makeup is designed to last through happy tears, hugs, dancing, humidity & long wear days - but no makeup can guarantee being 100% waterproof against heavy crying, heat/ sweat pouring rain or constant rubbing.

Tears actually dissolve makeup believe it or not…
The faster you absorb it, the less makeup breakdown happens.

✨Instead of wiping or rubbing your face to remove your tears or wet skin you should be dabbing gentle or using a cotton tip not a tissue

A little shine, movement or soft wear throughout the day is completely normal
