Sounds Divine - Jurien Bay

Does this sound like you?

You feel tired, but your mind won’t switch off.
You’re doing all the things, yet your body still feels on edge, heavy or overwhelmed.
Little things feel big, and rest never quite feels restful.

If you’ve ever thought” Why do I feel like this when nothing is actually wrong?” - your nervous system may be asking for support.

This workshop is a gentle, practical space to understand what your nervous system is doing, why it’s responding the way it is, and how to guide it back into safety and regulation - without forcing, fixing or pushing.

If your body has been quietly asking for care…this is for you ♥️

🧠 Align your mind - with guided meditation, allowing you to reconnect your body and nervous system
🧘‍♀️ Awaken your body - through gentle empowering Pilates
🎵 Restore your soul - with deep vibrations of sound healing

🗓️ Sunday 22nd February
⏰ 8.00am - 11.30am
📍 CTTC Pilates Studio, Jurien Bay WA

Still feeling the glow from our Awaken and Align workshop ( number 3 )🌟 Thank you to every woman who walked through those doors, ready to soften, reconnect and choose herself for the morning. Your presence created the most beautiful energy - honest, open, supportive and real. Watching you pause, breathe, release and realign reminded us exactly why this work matters. These spaces don’t work because of the content… They work because you show up with intention, curiosity and heart. We are so grateful you gifted yourself this time. We are so grateful you trusted us with your morning. We are so grateful to walk alongside women like you - women who are rewriting what alignment, ease and self-worth look like in their everyday lives. Here’s to more moments like this: More softness More alignment More choosing you ♥️ #AwakenandAlign #WomenSupportingWomen #mindset #growthmindset #personaldevelopment #EmpoweredWomen #selfcare #PersonalGrowth #wellness #healing #pilates #soundhealing #BeCuriousCoaching
