Since turning 40 🫣, I’ve definitely noticed changes in my skin — more fine lines, pigmentation, sunspots and redness 😭

But as I get closer to my 43rd birthday, I can honestly say I feel like my skin is the best it’s ever been!

I’ve really shifted my focus towards nourishing my skin rather than constantly trying to “fix” it. I’m using fewer harsh ingredients and more naturally derived, skin-loving ingredients that support healthy, glowing skin.

And natural doesn’t mean inactive! 🌿 You can absolutely get powerful, active ingredients from nature. In fact, so many synthetic ingredients are designed to replicate compounds and properties that already exist in nature.

For me, it’s been about working with my skin, not against it — and I’m loving the difference.

Let me take you through my daily skincare routine ❤️

AM ☀️

I keep my morning routine pretty simple. I wash my face with water and a microfibre cloth, then hydrate with GRACIOUS MINDS Photosynthesis Retinol Alt Elixir, followed by GRACIOUS MINDS Green Genes Superfood Face Cream.

And ALWAYS my SKIN JUICE Tinted Zinc! 🙌🏼

PM 🌙

At night I’ll cleanse with either SKIN JUICE Drench Oil Cleanser or GRACIOUS MINDS Antioxidant Oil Cleanser — I genuinely ❤️ both, so I just alternate between them depending on what I feel like.

Then it’s Rich Glen Skincare | Rich Glen Firming Elixir, followed by either SKIN JUICE Midnight Melt or PíFū (pay-foo) | Margaret River Tallow Skincare & Makeup Tallow Bakuchiol Balm, which I alternate between nights.

Nothing too complicated — just lots of nourishing, skin-loving goodness and consistency. ✨❤️
